If for some reason you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased through SalmaJewelry.com, contact us for a return authorization within 30 days from the purchase date. You will be credited the full purchase price less any additional shipping, handling, and gift wrapping and re-stocking fees if applicable (does not apply to special orders). Certain Mother's Day Products or Personalized Jewelry and Engraved Items are made to order, and are a final sale. Jewelry Boxes, Watch Valets & Men's Valets have a 15 day return policy.
To return any jewelry item, email us at email@example.com for a return authorization number. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the Invoice with the return, and make sure the item is insured for the total cost. SalmaJewelry.com is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been altered, visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way.
Note: All Items must be returned in refurbishable condition.

Jewelry purchased from SalmaJewelry.com has a warranty for 1 full year against any manufacturer's defects. If a jewelry item breaks or fails within a one year period, SalmaJewelry.com, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the item. Normal wear and tear, abuse, and the loss of stones or pearls from settings are not covered. A charge for shipping and handling of $15 will be charged to the customer.

If there is an item that is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail of our expected restock date. Orders are shipped and insured for their full value.
Shipping addresses will be verified in advance. In those rare cases where an address does not exactly match your credit card address, it is possible that we will contact you. Upon entering an order, a slight mistype may be the reason. Another possibility is that a customer moved and forgot to update the address on their credit card. At SalmaJewelry.com we always ensure that the credit card owner is placing the order. We will go to great lengths to prevent any possibility of fraud.

Lost Package Policy
On the rare occasion, that a package is lost in transit, either by United States Postal Service (USPS) or Fedex, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. SalmaJewelry.com will not hold the purchaser's funds any longer than necessary. However, we do need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by another person, stolen or lost. We will refund the entire purchase price unless proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e. the package was delivered and signed for). Money for lost packages, will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed, and it is understood that SalmaJewelry.com has fulfilled their obligation once the package has been shipped from our offices.
